Return Valid of Mentioned in Sales Order
Please read our return / exchange policy clearly before asking for return.
Applicable for all B2B orders.
1. Standard Returns:
Buyers may return standard (non-customized) products within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid invoice. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at [support email] with your order details. All return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the product is defective or shipped in error.
2. Customized Products:
Customized or made-to-order products are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to purchase. If a customized product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss a resolution.
3. Approval & Processing:
Returns must be pre-approved by Upciclo.com. Once the returned items are inspected and approved, refunds/credits will be processed within 7 business days.
4. Exceptions:
Upciclo.com reserves the right to assess all returns on a case-by-case basis and may refuse returns not complying with this policy.
